As Head of Digital, Fikri is the strategic brain behind the Good Education Group’s digital assets. He is passionate about the end user’s journey and making it easy to find all the information needed to make an informed career, school and university decision.
Fikri has almost eight years of digital marketing experience, starting with his time at Hobsons APAC. From his Digital Marketing Coordinator role to his promotion to Executive, he learnt the full scope of the marketing industry, including lead generation, web publishing, search marketing, and more. He loves the digital arena because of its fast pace and evolving nature. Working in the education sector provides him with a unique opportunity to help people find their career path. Knowing that a future doctor or Prime Minister may have found their way through life due to his work brings satisfaction and motivates him every day.
For the future, Fikri predicts that teaching and learning will become more online-based, with universities, schools and institutions finding new and exciting ways to reach students. Distance learning will become less niche, opening the doors to many more people seeking an education.
Away from the office, Fikri keeps fit playing soccer and relaxes with coffee and friends. He also enjoys spending time with his little brother and taking him to the movies.
